The rope used is genuine lobster trap rope which is used to pull the traps out of the water. This rope is also used to tie the buoys that show the lobster men where the traps are located. You can choose not to have the rope on the frame. The frame has an authentic lobster trap certificate on the face of the frame. All prints are signed by the artist. Overall Size 17″ x 20″.
